Ben Falk, author of The Resilient Farm and Homestead, experimented with a bed of arugula by planting it in late September. Both of these videos show a different kind of frame than we have - this look like they are a modified warre hive frame - ours has no frame, just the top bar, but the process for preparing it would be similar.
